Today I made dinner for two, and decided to try out a Teriyaki chicken recipe. The result was the one shown in the photos that follow.

And with the Teriyaki sauce:

I did some changes regarding the original recipe, like added a bit of garlic for flavour and previously removed the chicken’s skin, as it’s unhealthy. It was yummy and I hope I’ll be able to do it again soon. :) And maybe try out some other teriyaki recipes, maybe with prawns. Mmm…

A friend from work brought us something from the USA that I absolutely love and hadn’t tasted in years (since it stopped being sold in my country): Cherry Flavour Halls Mentholyptus.

Excuse me a moment while I enjoy this flavour… I’m in candy heaven. 8]

I was browsing around for japanese food blogs, and I found this post explaining why the Japanese are the people with least obesity and with longer life span. It’s all about their diet.

Too bad I can’t afford to just eat japanese food. I’m always craving sushi anyway – shouldn’t be too hard to lose my extra kilograms fast if I lived there.
