Dinner For Two: Teriyaki Chicken

Today I made dinner for two, and decided to try out a Teriyaki chicken recipe. The result was the one shown in the photos that follow.

I did some changes regarding the original recipe, like added a bit of garlic for flavour and previously removed the chicken’s skin, as it’s unhealthy. It was yummy and I hope I’ll be able to do it again soon. And maybe try out some other teriyaki recipes, maybe with prawns. Mmm…
